Hamburger

1 ¼ lb. Ground Turkey
½ Green Bell Pepper, diced
2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic, diced
2 tsp. Secret Spice Seasoning
2 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce

 

Combine bell peppers  garlic, and ground turkey, (mix well)


Add Secret Spice to taste and 2 dashes of worcestershire sauce


Mix again and form into 4 patties


Grill or pan fry until done, about 4 minutes per side

Serve as patties by themselves or with burger buns.

1/2 cup All - Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons of Secret Spice Seasoning
½ to 1 cup Canola Oil
8 thin cut Breakfast-Style Pork Chops
1 teaspoon Granulated Garlic, (optional)

 

Mix flour and Secret Spice Seasoning in a plastic bag, (shake to combine)


Pour it out onto a plate
Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet, (medium heat)


Make sure that the oil barely covers the bottom of the skillet. Make sure oil is hot, but not smoking.


Dredge the chops in flour mixture and cook them until done


Brown on both sides, (about 5 minutes per side)


Place chops on paper towels, serve immediately


Makes 4 servings, (2 chops per serving)

Chicken Wings

1 Chicken - 2 ½ to 3 Lbs cut into pieces
Secret Spice Seasoning

Vegetable Oil for Frying

 

Season chicken parts at least 2 to 3 hours in advance and refrigerate. 
 

Coat chicken well in flour
 

Fry in moderately hot oil - 350 degrees until golden and crisp (14-18 minutes)

1 oz. Vodka
4 oz. tomato juice
Worcestershire sauce
Hot pepper sauce
Celery salt
Lime juice

Combine Secret Spice Seasoning, vodka, and tomato juice with a splash of Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, lime juice, and a dash of celery salt in a cocktail shaker.


Shake until all ingredients are well mixed.


Rim glass with Secret Spice Seasoning.
Fill glass with ice and pour mixture into glass.


Garnish with celery and pickled string bean.

Yields 1 serving.

Salmon Fillet

Secret Spice Seasoning
Salmon steak or fillets
Lemon
Butter

 

Preheat oven to 350°


Season salmon with Secret Spice seasoning on both sides.


Squeeze lemon juice on to salmon.


Add two dabs of butter.


Seal in foil.


Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until salmon flakes.


Remove from foil and serve.

Secret Spice Seasoning
Cut of beef ¾ to 1 inch thick (Beef Ribeye, Beef Tenderloin (fillet), New York Strip Steak, Porterhouse, T-Bone, Top Sirloin)

Season both sides of steak with Secret Spice Seasoning.

 

BROIL:
Broil steaks 5 inches from heat for 5-6 minutes on each side (medium rare).
Serve hot.

 

GRILL:
Grill uncovered over medium ash covered coals.

 

Turn occasionally.
 

Grill 5-6 minutes for medium rare steak.
 

Grill 6-8 minutes for well done steak.

 

Serve hot.
